Now in its 4th year, the Michael Ness Golf Tournament is proud to be one of the biggest charity events for a great cause, the Connecticut Burn Center at Bridgeport Hospital.The tournament is in memory of Michael Ness, a Brien McMahon High School graduate, proud Sigma Alpha Epsilon brother and amazing friend. After a fire hit the Ness Family home on August 18, 2013 Michael was treated at the Connecticut Burn Center at Bridgeport Hospital. Family and friends were met with overwhelming support and help from an amazing medical staff. Their compassion and respect to the family at such a hard time was the driving factor when choosing the benefactor for charity events in Michael's honor.In the tournaments previous three years, it has raised $40,000 for the Connecticut Burn Center. An event filled with fun, great food, competition, live music and great raffle items, the 4th annual tournament is primed and ready to be the biggest one yet.
